Rental rates
Prices
Rental prices on this page refer to the whole 2 room 2 bathroom apartment, i.e. both studio rooms rented together.
If you prefer to rent only one studio for up to 2 people, please complete the enquiry form on the contacts page. We will be delighted to send you a quote
Payment Terms
Payment to be made by bank transfer - 50% upon booking and 50% 8 weeks prior to rental.
Full payment is required for bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival.
Deposits
We request a refundable security deposit to cover any damage or breakages, to be paid 8 weeks prior to rental at the same time as the final rental payment.
Cleaning and Linen
Linen and towels and normal final cleaning of the apartment are provided.
Extra maid service can be arranged on request.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Conference, Festival and Holiday Periods
Special prices apply during conferences and festivals and at Christmas, New Year and Easter. These periods are marked in pink on the availability calendar.
