THE APARTMENT

The 60m2 apartment offers 2 main rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 separate entrances.

• An interconnecting door links the two hallways and can split the apartment into two independent self-contained units if required.
• This is the ideal solution for business colleagues, families, couples or individuals who want to be together but to enjoy privacy and independence too.
• Les Tuileries is available to rent as a whole for up to 4 guests, or each self-contained studio unit, which sleeps 2 people, may be rented individually.
• A travel cot is also available.

 

The Main Rooms

Les Tuileries is north/south traversant and air-conditioned.

• The two main rooms have marble floors and hallways with storage cupboards. An interconnecting door links the two hallways.
• The 30m2 south facing room has sliding doors opening onto a 7m2 terrace with garden views.
  The 30m2 north facing room has sliding doors and city views.
• Otherwise layout and furnishings are similar and each room has either cosy armchairs or a settee.

Beds

Bedding arrangements are flexible.

• Each room has two comfortable 3 feet (90 cm) beds which can be combined to give a king-size. The beds can also slide under each other to provide extra seating and space if required.

Kitchens

Both rooms have a small but extremely well-equipped open kitchen plus a dining table and chairs.

• Each kitchen has a fridge-freezer, 2 ring stove, a microwave oven, kettle and coffee maker. The south facing room offers a conventional fan oven with grill too.
• An iron and ironing board is available in both rooms.

Bathrooms

Both rooms have a private bathroom.

• The bathrooms are clean and modern and each has a full bath with overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
• Water pressure is excellent and the hot water supply continuous.
• There is a washing machine and a hair dryer in each of the bathrooms.

Apartment amenities

WiFi internet access, TV, CD player, radio in both rooms.

• The television in the south facing room has satellite channels and an integrated DVD player.
• Electric shutters, air-conditioning, central heating.
• Local maps and information packs are provided. 

Outside

Sunny, south facing terrace

• The terrace is furnished with a table and dining chairs and has an electric sun canopy. It is a lovely spot for alfresco dining, or just a glass of wine.
• The residence has a lift and a gardien.

 

Parking

Cars are not necessary in the centre of Cannes.

• If required, parking is available at street level outside the apartment or in nearby underground garages (payable locally).

 

Nearby amenities

Les Tuileries is located in a quiet residential area, only 50 metres from the beaches, glamour, restaurants and cafés of La Croisette and a 2 minute stroll to the designer shops and cafés on the rue d'Antibes.

• Cafés, bars and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes are very close by.
• Supermarkets and bakeries are in close proximity.
• The rail station and airport bus stop (Gray d`Albion) are within 500 metres of the apartment. 

Everything in Cannes is within easy walking distance of the apartment.

 

Rental options

• The accommodation is ideal for both tourist and business travellers who want 2 studio rooms each sleeping 2 people which can interconnect or be totally separate.
• The rooms can be rented individually, if preferred.
